Absolutely delicious Thai food!!! The service is amazing too. If in San Francisco this place is a must.

Wait, loved my lunch special (basil chicken dish). Amazing flavor, decent portion, and lots of options. Will DEF be back

I've never eaten at the restaurant but I live two blocks away. Very happy to have good Thai food available for take out late. I work in a restaurant myself so it's nice to be able to get some tasty food after I'm off. I've tried a little of everything and can't say I've had anything that I didn't enjoy.

Ordered pad Lee mao and pineapple fried rice. Have tried their green curry rice in the past. So firstly if you are vegan/ vegetarian this place delivers. They have a vegan option available for a lot of items on their menu and that made me quite happy. I've always done Grubhub delivery so I genuinely can't comment on the service or ambience. They have never messed up any of my orders in the past. However, I noticed that the flavors are not very consistent. Will update my review after my next Grubhub delivery.

I had the braised pork shoulder and it was great. i've been to thailand a couple of times and the braised pork shoulders were a dish i'd often get. price was very reasonable for the portion size. And they're tipping calculation is based off food only subtotal, which shows they're an honest restaurant in my mind.

Date: Tuesday, September 26th, 2023 Meal: Lunch delivery Time Ordered: around 1:45pm Time Arrived: around 2:45pm How: DoorDash *Tom Zapp Nuer Puy: Spicy ($20) *Som Tum Pu: Spicy ($17) *Kang Keaw Wan: A La Carte, Chicken, Danger ($22) *Kaprow (Spicy Basil): A La Carte, Ground Chicken, Danger ($21) *Jasmine Rice ($3) I have a go to Thai spot, but wanted to try someplace new. There used to be a resto that had this pork tom yum and I noticed iThai offered something similar. The hubby and I loved that soup, so decided to give this one a try. It ended up being more pork soup than tom yum soup, so not really what we were expecting. Where was the lemongrass and sourness I adore?! Didn't compare to our memories of this dish. Other than the soup, everything else was solid. I loved the papaya salad. It was spicy, fishy, sour. All the contrasting flavors. The green curry was good as well. Very comforting. The basil chicken was nice and savory, but the portion as on the smaller side. Everything had a good amount of heat which I look for in Thai food. Good spot for Thai delivery.

Ordered this for delivery so I can't speak to the service or ambience, but the food was solid! I know it's not technically the true "Thai way" to be able to select spice option when you order, and is more proper to have the spices and sauces on the side to customize to your liking, but you can't do that for delivery! So I really appreciate being able to select my spice level at iThai! Pad see ew - this was salty and sweet with the noodles sticking together a tiny bit, exactly how I enjoy my pad see ew!! Extra points for the spicy level being actually spicy. I was sweating! This could have used a little more broccolini but otherwise, tasty! Bad mee ped - this was my first time trying this dish, and it reminded me of a Vietnamese dish I grew up enjoying. The countries are near each other so definitely can see the similarities in some dishes. This was good, but I'm not sure I would order it again at least for delivery. It's a dry noodle with a gravy sauce on the side so if you don't eat it immediately from the kitchen, the noodles congeal and it's not a pleasant experience having to peel everything apart. The duck was delicious though. Overall, I would order from them again and might even visit the restaurant in person!
